RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check.  All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags.  Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.

 

 

NO CANCELLATION, RETURNS or EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED ON SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM ORDERS

On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use the return label provided to ensure proper return address and credit information and ship the item prepaid and insured to:
