The hotel project is an intense investigation of a retail and hospitality environments on the edge of Toronto’s waterfront within an existing urban site context. The project concentrates on development of a retail and hospitality project in an eighteen stories building complex that includes a hotel,  restaurant, spa and pool / fitness facilities, parking / landscape and a significant retail element. This project aims to explore spatial volumes, planning and circulation issues, the human requirements of individual occupancy spaces with material/light considerations within the urban context.
